These terms govern your use of Masar (the marketing site, the learning platform and every related service). By creating an account or buying any product you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the platform.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Masar is an online AI education platform operated by the legal entity named at the bottom of this page and governed by Algerian law. Contact: support@learnmasar.com or the contact form.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Provide accurate information (especially your name, which appears on certificates) and keep it up to date.
Your account is personal: you're responsible for protecting your email and login codes, and for all activity on your account.
Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Licence and permanent access
Buying a course gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch its content on the platform only. It does not transfer ownership of the content.
Permanent access means you can open the course you bought, watch all of its lessons and download its downloadable files for as long as the platform operates, with no additional payment, including every update we add to that course.
Course updates (new lessons, re-recordings, corrections) are included automatically.
A radically new edition with a different title and curriculum is a separate product; current owners get 50% off for 60 days after its launch and keep the old edition.
An archived course leaves the catalogue but stays available to its owners.
If the platform ever closes for good, we'll email you at least 90 days in advance and let you download the PDFs and permitted attachments during that time.
Access through the All-Access subscription or a team licence isn't permanent; it ends with the subscription or licence.
4. Prohibited use
Sharing, selling or lending your account.
Recording, downloading or republishing videos by any means.
Trying to bypass protection measures or the watermark.
Commercial use of the content (resale, teaching with it) without a written agreement.
Scraping or automated collection of content or data.
Breaking these rules may, after a warning, lead to account suspension and loss of access without a refund, and we keep our legal rights.
5. Devices and watermark
An account can be used on two devices at most; signing in on a third device signs out the oldest one. Every video is shown with a watermark carrying identifiers tied to your account, so leaks can be traced.
6. Prices, payments and subscriptions
DZD prices are final, all fees included, and paid through Chargily (Edahabia and CIB).
USD payments go through Polar as merchant of record, and Polar's terms also apply.
A DZD subscription is a prepaid period that never renews automatically; a USD subscription renews automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel, and access stays until the end of the paid period.
We may change prices in the future; that never affects what you already paid for.
7. Refunds
Refund requests follow our refund policy, which is part of these terms.
8. User content
Questions, answers and reviews you post remain yours, and you grant us a free licence to display them on the platform and its pages. Be respectful: abuse, ads and unlawful content are not allowed, and we may moderate or remove content.
9. AI assistant
The AI assistant's answers are automated and may be inaccurate. They are not professional (legal, medical or financial) advice — check them before relying on them.
10. Certificates
A certificate of completion only proves that you completed the course on the platform; it is not a government or academic accreditation. We may revoke a certificate obtained in breach of these terms.
11. Liability and availability
We work hard to keep the platform available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors, and we don't promise specific career or financial results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll email you 15 days before any material change and show the last-updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Algerian law and disputes fall under the competent Algerian courts, after an attempt to settle amicably through support. This doesn't affect mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
